Moulds

We manufacture and regenerate moulds for ceramic presses, from standard re-entrant to multi-size with hydraulic releasing. Regeneration restores factory tolerances and extends mould life, reducing replacement costs.

Re-entrant mould

The most widespread mould type, thanks to its simplicity and economy. Supplied with magnetic locking of the punches as standard, with mechanical locking available for special pieces.

Soft Transfer Mould (S.T.M.)

Allows the tile to be pressed with the back pattern at the bottom, without reversing it, protecting the visible surface. Can also work as a standard re-entrant mould. Recommended for glazed products and double charging.

Universal basement for fast format change

Allows the part of the mould formed by the frame and magnetic blocks to be replaced directly on the press, reducing downtime during format changes. Available in two versions for different format ranges.

Multi-size mould with hydraulic grid releasing

A hydraulic releasing system lets grids and liners be replaced directly on the mould while mounted on the press, quickly and without removing screws. The mould works in a closed state; oil is used only to open it, ensuring full safety.

Proportional Extractor EP

A PLC-controlled hydraulic lifting system that manages the number of cycles and the charging height. Proportional valves ensure precise settings, while the magnetic fast format-change system minimises press downtime. Can be mounted on any type of press.

SMU mould

An earlier version of the system, evolved into the Proportional Extractor EP.

ISO Calibra mould (isostatic)

An isostatic mould for producing textures of varying depth. The isostatic effect is created by the upper isostatic plate and floating magnetic blocks with oil flowing beneath them. When material density across the cavities is uneven, the connected-vessels principle lets the oil equalise the pressure and the density.

  • Optimised density of the pressed material
  • Textures of varying depth while keeping identical dimensions
  • Reduced operating costs
  • Lower load on the press and the ISO mounting punches
  • No downtime for inserting upper face punches
SMART mould

A mould designed by gape due for digital production monitoring. Sensors inside the mould and punches read operating parameters, while an industrial computer presents a real-time view of production, warns of faults and records the mould life cycle on a remote platform. It supports maintenance management and optimised regeneration.

ECO-COMFORT mould

A system that keeps the mould and its surroundings clean, for traditional re-entrant moulds as well as lower and upper SFS types. It reduces the number and duration of cleaning stops, which speeds up production and extends mould life: with no material build-up, the apron and cylinders are protected from damage. A transparent housing, optionally with LED lighting, lets the operator watch the blow-through system in real time and react early to material residue from the pressing phase. For precise blow-through control we recommend the Twister system, which delivers greater blow-through power during tile ejection.

  • Fewer and shorter cleaning stops
  • Longer mould life (apron and cylinders protected)
  • Real-time view of the blow-through system through the transparent housing, optional LED
  • Early reaction to material residue from pressing

Stamps / Punches

Full range of stamps for ceramic tiles, from isostatic to large format (up to a maximum of 120×120). Compatible with Sacmi, System Ceramics and SITI B&T presses. Each stamp designed for a specific tile pattern, reducing changeover time.

Isostatic stamps

Available in many variants depending on needs. Traditional “rigid” stamps ensure uniform pressing with correct dimensions. Anti-transparent stamps almost entirely reduce show-through of the back pattern on the tile face. High-compensation stamps suit charging problems and structured tiles.

Hardened steel stamps (polished or chromed)

Used to obtain perfectly smooth surfaces.

Thin-resin stamps (“low resin”)

Produce smooth surfaces and can in many cases replace hardened polished stamps.

Face / structural / 3D stamps, rubber- or resin-coated

For smooth, structured, irregular and 3D surfaces or special decorative elements.

Iso-gel stamps

A compromise between isostatic and rigid mounting stamps.

Large-format stamps

Stamps for large formats, up to a maximum of 120×120.

Other products and services

We complement our offering with components supporting the pressing process. Electromagnetic plates with heating system enable fast stamp replacement without press downtime.

Electromagnetic plates

Electromagnetic plates with a heating system enable fast stamp replacement without unnecessary press downtime.

Permanent-magnet upper plate

Secures the upper punches against falling out even during a power failure and helps save energy, as it requires no DC power supply.

ISO upper plate (isostatic)

A magnetic isostatic plate consisting of a hydraulic upper plate with cavities for the upper magnetic blocks. A layer of compressed oil lets each block float independently, and thanks to the oil incompressibility, differences in press pressure are compensated. Used together with re-entrant punch moulds.

  • Optimised density of the pressed material
  • Lower load on the press and the ISO mounting punches
  • No breaks for inserting upper face punches
  • Shorter installation time for the ISO mounting punches

Frequently asked questions

What types of ceramic moulds do you produce?
We produce and regenerate re-entrant moulds (P.E.), S.T.M. (soft transfer), multi-size with hydraulic releasing, proportional extractors EP, and universal basements for fast format change. All types available with magnetic or mechanical locking.
Which presses are your stamps compatible with?
Our stamps are compatible with presses from leading manufacturers: Sacmi, System Ceramics, SITI B&T and others. We design each stamp for a specific press model and tile pattern.
What is the lead time?
Standard lead time is 4–6 weeks for new moulds and stamps. Regeneration typically takes 2–3 weeks. The exact timeline depends on specifications and current production load. We confirm it in the technical quote.
Do you regenerate moulds from other manufacturers?
Yes, we regenerate moulds and stamps regardless of the original manufacturer. The key is faithfully reproducing original dimensions and coatings. Please send a technical drawing or photo of the tooling via our inquiry form.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We serve primarily clients in Poland and Central Europe. Our location in Poland means shorter lead times and no customs delays within the EU.
